To make everything clear, we present a collection of frequently asked questions and answers to them. If you have any additional questions feel free to contact us – we will gladly answer all of them. 

1. What types of accommodation are available?

We offer:
– cabins for 4 and 6 guests
– houseboat for 5 guests
– tipi tents for 4 guests
– wagons for 4 guests
– wagons for 2 guests

2. How many people can be accommodated in a cabin, a wagon, a tipi, a houseboat?

The maximum number of guests in our cabins is 4 or 6. The maximum number of guests in the tipis is 4. The number of guests staying in the wagons is 2 or 4. 5 people in houseboats.

3. Is it possible to order an extra bed?

One extra bed may be added to a tipi or a cabin (both a 4- and 6-person one). The price of an extra bed is PLN 150 per night in a cabin and PLN 120 per night in a tipi. The price of the extra bed includes breakfast for the additional guest as well.
Due to the limited space, no extra beds may be added to wagons.

5. Are baby cots available at your resort?

Yes. On request, we can add a baby cot to the 4- and 6-person cabins, tipis and 2-person wagons. The number of the available beds is limited, and we require advanced reservation. The cost of the rental is PLN 30/bed/the entire stay. We provide bed linen along with the baby bed.

6. Are the offered prices the prices per cabin, wagon, tipi or per person?

The prices offered are the prices you pay for an entire cabin, tipi,wagon or houseboat per night.

7. What will I find in a cabin, a tent a wagon or houseboat?

Each cabin for 6 guests has one double bed, one bunk bed and two single beds, as well as bed linen,
towels, blankets, a kettle and a coffee set. The bathroom has a washbasin, a toilet, a shower, a
hairdryer and toiletries. Each cabin has air conditioning, heating, a TV set, a fridge and Wi-Fi access.
Each cabin for 4 guests has one double bed and one bunk bed, as well as bed linen, towels, blankets,
a kettle and a coffee set. The bathroom has a washbasin, a toilet, a shower, a hairdryer and toiletries.
Each cabin has air conditioning, heating, a TV set, a fridge and Wi-Fi access.

Each of our tipis for 4 guests has four single beds, as well as bed linen, towels, blankets, a kettle and
a coffee set. All the tipis are fully electrified, have air conditioning/heating and Wi-Fi access. The tipis
have access to external toilet and washing facilities.
The wagons for 3 and 4 guests have two bunk beds, bed linen, towels, blankets, a kettle and a coffee
set. All wagons are fully electrified and have air conditioning/heating and Wi-Fi access. The wagons
have access to external toilet and washing facilities.
Wagons for 2 guests have one double bed, bed linen, towels, blankets, a kettle and a coffee set. All
wagons are fully electrified and have air conditioning/heating and Wi-Fi access. The wagons have
access to external toilet and washing facilities.

Our houseboats are equipped with one double bed, a bunk bed and a sofa bed, bed linen, towels, coffee service, kettle and safe. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower, hairdryer and cosmetics. Each cottage has air conditioning/heating, TV, fridge and WI-FI access.

8. What sort of amenities for children does the resort offer?

At your request, we provide bottle warmers, baby chairs in the restaurant, changing tables in the toilet facilities that are free of charge. Additionally, we provide travel beds that are chargeable.

What does BB mean?

BB (Bed&Breakfast) means that the price of accommodation includes breakfast,

11. How can I pay for my stay?

You can by via Dotpay (fast transfer or remote credit card payment), or directly by transferring money to our bank account.

12. How much time is there to pay for a reservation made?

The reservation must be paid for within 3 working days.

13. What will happen if I have to cancel or change my reservation?

We always try to consider any changes in the reservation date in favour of our Guests. The date will be changed, provided that we are informed about this 3 days prior to the Guest’s scheduled arrival date. Changing the date may involve a surcharge on the price applicable according to the price list. The costs of cancelling the booking and not arriving at the hotel are presented in the terms and conditions of on-line booking and in the terms and conditions of Western Camp.

15. What questions can be answered via the contact form?

Answers to general questions can be provided via the contact form. If you have questions regarding booking please contact the reception.

What time are breakfast and dinner served? What is the time of check-in and check-out?

Breakfasts are served in four rounds between 7:30 am and 10:30 am

1 -7:30-8:15

2 – 8:15-9:00

3 – 9:00-9:45

4- 9:45-10:30

Our facility does not offer a dinner option. Additional meals can be ordered in our restaurant “Bonanza”.
Check-in time begins at 4 pm and check-out time ends by 11:00 am. If your itinerary includes arrival before the established check-in time, please come to Reception to complete the formalities. You will also be able to leave your car in our free car park, buy tickets to the Park and travel to the Energylandia Park by our Gold Train which leaves from the Western Camp stop. After a full day of fun, you will be able to return to Western Camp Resort using our transport and head to your accommodation.
You can also use the facilities available at the Resort, but you will be able to enter your accommodation at 4 pm.

17. Is it possible to check in before the check-in time?

It is possible to check in earlier, but it depends on the availability of the rooms.

18. Is it possible to check out of the hotel later?

The resort does not guarantee that it will be possible to check out later.

19. Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed in cabins only. An additional fee of 50 PLN/night applies.

All matters related to the stay of pets are regulated by the general terms and conditions of the resort.

20. Do you offer parking areas and how much do they cost?

Parking is free for the guests of Western Camp.

21. How can I connect to Wi-Fi?

The Wi-Fi network at our Resort is open and free of charge.

Why do I have to pay in advance?

Per our Resort's terms and conditions, we must receive payment before the Guest's arrival to ensure
the booking can be made.

22. What happens to my personal data?

We take the matters related to our Guest’s privacy and safety very seriously. In Western Camp resort we only ask you to provide the information that is necessary to make a reservation. We also ensure safety of all the personal data that have been given to us.

23. Is there a possibility of making a reservation by phone?

Yes, there is a possibility of a telephone reservation. Our receptionists will help you choose the accommodation and then walk you through the reservation process.

24. Can I make a reservation on behalf of another person?

Yes, you can make such a reservation on-line. You simply enter the surname of the guest and the phone number at which they will be available during their trip. You must also enter the guest’s email address in order for them to receive the confirmation.

25. Can you guarantee that my special requests are be fulfilled?

We are always trying to satisfy our Guests requests, so we gladly take your requirements into consideration. We cannot guarantee, however, that they will be fulfilled; neither in written nor verbal form.

26. Is there an ATM on the premises?

We do not have an ATM on the site. The nearest ATM is at ‘Biedronka’ store, close to our resort.

27. Is there a swimming pool on the site?

The resort has a swimming pool, which is available free of charge to guests of the resort. There is also a Hot Shot sauna next to it. The swimming pool is open from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm.

28. Is there air conditioning in the accommodation facilities?

Yes, all of our accommodation facilities are equipped with air conditioning for which we do not charge additional fees.

29. Is the reception desk open 24 hours a day?

Current reception opening hours are available on our website in the Contact tab.

30. What attractions are available in the vicinity?

While the region features many attractions, we particularly recommend the following:  

– Energylandia Amusement Park, about 900 m from Western Camp

– Zatorland, about 2 km from Western Camp  

– Inwałd Miniature Park, about 15 km from Western Camp

– Castle ruins and an open-air museum in Wygiełzów, about 8 km from Western Camp  

– Handcars in Regulice, about 12 km from Western Camp

31. Can I buy tickets to Energylandia at your resort?

Yes, you can buy tickets to Energylandia with 5% discount at our resort.

9. How far from the resort is Energylandia?

Energylandia is in the immediate vicinity of our resort, just 8 walking minutes away from us. Our guests can take a special choo-choo train that will take them to the very gates of Energylandia.
