Amazing place for relaxation! Clean, well-maintained cottages and a large, monitored area. Pool, sauna, outdoor cinema and restaurant with delicious food available. Friendly staff and great atmosphere — I’ll definitely be back!

Great place for children and adults! Large area, two restaurants, pool until 11 PM and outdoor cinema. Staying in a Tipi is an unforgettable experience. Clean, pleasant and with fantastic staff and animators — well done!

Where Can I Find Western Camp Contact Details?

Is it Possible to Add an Extra Bed?
It’s possible to add one bed to a tipi or cottage (both 4 and 6-person). The price for an extra bed in a cottage is 150 PLN per night and 120 PLN per night in a tipi. The extra bed price also includes breakfast for the additional person. Due to limited space, we don’t provide extra beds in wagons.
Does the Facility Provide Cribs?
Yes. Upon request, we provide a crib, which is possible in 4 and 6-person cottages, houseboats, tipis and 2-person wagons. The number of available cribs is limited and requires advance reservation. The rental cost is 50 PLN/crib/entire stay. We provide children’s bedding with the crib as standard.
What Child-Friendly Amenities Does the Resort Offer?
For children, we provide free bottle warmers, bathtubs, bathroom steps, toilet seat covers, high chairs in the restaurant, changing tables in restrooms, and paid cribs upon request.
How Can I Pay for My Stay?
You can pay for your stay through the Dotpay payment system (quick transfer or remote credit card charging) or by directly transferring money to our bank account.
How Long after Booking Do I Need to Pay for it?
To confirm the reservation, 30% deposit or full payment must be made within 24 hours of making the reservation.
What Happens if I Need to Change or Cancel My Reservation?
We always try to consider guest requests for reservation date changes in their favor. The condition for changing the date is reporting this fact maximum 3 days before the planned stay. Changing the date may involve additional payment according to the current price list. Costs for reservation cancellation and no-show at the hotel are presented in the online reservation terms and Western Camp regulations.
What are the Breakfast, Half-Board Serving Hours and Check-In and Check-Out Times?
Breakfasts are served in four shifts between 7:30-10:30
I – 7:30-8:15
II – 8:15-9:00
III – 9:00-9:45
IV – 9:45-10:30
Our facility doesn’t offer half-board. Additional meals can be ordered at our Bonanza restaurant.
The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM. If your travel plans include arrival before the official check-in time, please visit Reception for formalities. You’ll also be able to leave your car in our free parking lot, buy Park tickets and go to Energylandia Park on our Golden Train, which departs from the Western Camp stop. After a full day of fun, you’ll be able to return to Western Camp Resort with our transport and go to your accommodation.
You can also use the infrastructure available at the Resort, but you can enter your accommodation directly at 4:00 PM.
Can I Bring My Pet?
Pets are accepted only in sheriff’s houses and houseboats. There’s a charge of 50 PLN gross/night.
Pet stay rules are detailed in the Resort’s general regulations.
Please consider the hotel day duration and the ban on bringing pets to Energylandia.
Do You Offer Parking and What are the Costs?
Parking for Western Camp guests is free.
We also have free charging stations for electric and hybrid cars.
Is there a Pool at the Resort?
There are 2 outdoor pools on the Resort grounds that guests can use free of charge. Specific opening dates depend on outdoor temperatures. We suggest contacting Reception to make sure the pool is open.
Is there Air Conditioning in the Residential Facilities?
Yes, all our residential facilities are equipped with air conditioning for which we don’t charge additional fees.
How Far is Energylandia from You?
Energylandia is in our immediate vicinity, just 8 minutes walking distance from us. For our guests, we organize transport with a special Golden Train directly to Energylandia’s gates. The service is free for our guests.
Can You Fish in the Pond on the Resort Grounds?
Yes, fishing is possible in our pond at Western Camp Resort. At the El Dorado shop, you can rent a fishing rod for 60 PLN/day + 100 PLN/rod refundable deposit. We encourage our guests to enjoy this form of relaxation in nature. Please follow the fishing rules established by the Resort.
Is Lighting a Bonfire Paid?
Yes, lighting a bonfire at Western Camp Resort is paid and costs 100 PLN. The price includes lighting the bonfire and unlimited amount of wood. To reserve a bonfire spot, please make a reservation at the Cold Shop.
Up to What Age Do Children Stay Free?
Children aged 0 to 3 years stay free at Western Camp Resort.
