September 26, 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n An essential element of the design of our Houseboats is their adaptation to the needs of people with disabilities. To this end, we have signed a partnership agreement aimed at introducing facilities for guests with specific expectations in this regard. The agreement includes comprehensive activities ranging from conducting a preliminary needs audit, preliminary analysis, analysis during the design phase, and analysis of existing solutions, to the development of complete guidelines for product projects and preparation of the final project along with prototypes and their inclusion in the testing phase. <\/p>\n October 31, 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n Having received a positive decision on the selection of the project for co-financing, we can begin to acquire potential trade partners. Our first actions were directed towards travel agencies with which we already cooperate. Bearing in mind the previous cooperation, we have obtained assurance that another type of accommodation will be added to the commercial offer. <\/p>\n December 21, 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n As part of acquainting the investment and its financing source, we organized a meeting with the residents of the town of Zator. We care about good neighborly relations and demonstrating how the investment can contribute to the well-being of the residents of Zator through the provision of new job opportunities. We are pleased that all guests reacted to our plans with enthusiasm. <\/p>\n January 31, 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n With the beginning of the new year, new challenges arise. We are intensively preparing for the process of signing an agreement with PARP. <\/p>\n March 17, 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n We hereby inform that for the purpose of building a complex of recreational facilities, we have concluded an agreement for construction works related to earthworks \u2013 preparing the area by removing islands for floating accommodation facilities, a floating restaurant, and a floating pool. Time for a water adventure! Today, we have entered into a contract for the construction of an innovative pool to be placed on the surface of the pond! We can\u2019t wait to see the progress of the work and the final result! <\/p>\n
An important element of our investment is the partial automation of processes. One of them is the guest check-in process. As part of this initiative, we have signed a contract with Netcompany to create and deliver two check-in kiosks. It\u2019s crucial that the devices are also adapted for people with disabilities. <\/p>\n
Another 5 modules for the construction of our houseboats have arrived at Western Camp Resort \ud83d\ude0a We\u2019re delighted to see an increase in floating units!<\/p>\n
The environmental aspect requires appropriate facilities that will both take care of the guests\u2019 comfort and contribute to the protection of our planet. For this purpose, we have signed a contract with a research unit to collaborate on research related to the development of software managing the supply of thermal and electrical energy as well as ionization of rooms (houseboats). <\/p>\n
Time for further steps and the realization of construction plans. A contract has been signed for the supply and installation of gangways leading to our water restaurant. <\/p>\n
The restaurant must also be a guest-friendly place, as they spend a lot of time there during their stay at our facility. We have signed a contract for the supply and installation of solutions related to air conditioning in the restaurant. <\/p>\n
Another 10 assembled houseboats placed on the surface of the pond \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n
If the houseboats have already found their place on the pond, it\u2019s time to find a solution to access them \ud83d\ude0a Therefore, we have signed a contract for the supply and installation of stairs leading directly to the water kingdom!<\/p>\n
Equipment for the restaurant is being upgraded! We have signed a contract for the supply of a kitchen set, which will be essential equipment for the kitchen in our restaurant. <\/p>\n
